We help communities build connection, strengthen engagement, and turn vision into action. Our work brings clarity, structure, and steady guidance to projects that matter.

SUE SULLIVAN
MPA, President and CEO of iSER
Sue Sullivan brings more than 40 years of experience across nonprofit leadership, community development, government management, and project oversight. She founded iSER to help organizations, municipalities, and neighborhoods gain clarity, structure, and the support needed to move ideas into action.
Her work centers on strengthening communities through strategic planning, feasibility studies, organizational development, and capacity-building for municipalities, nonprofits, and community groups. She also works closely with residents to strengthen communication, build local leadership, and take meaningful action on shared goals.
Sue holds a master’s degree in public administration from Marist College and a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.
