iSER Consulting, LLC was created to help communities strengthen connection and move important work forward. We bring extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, government relations, community development, and project oversight, along with a grounded understanding of how municipalities, organizations, residents, private partners, and community groups work together.
For more than 11 years, iSER has supported communities across New York State in planning for the future, engaging residents, securing resources, and delivering projects that reflect local priorities. Our firm combines strategic insight with practical, hands-on support that moves partners from ideas to action.

Sue Sullivan brings more than 40 years of experience across nonprofit leadership, community development, government management, and project oversight. She founded iSER to help organizations, municipalities, and neighborhoods gain clarity, structure, and the support needed to move ideas into action.
Her work centers on strengthening communities through strategic planning, feasibility studies, organizational development, and capacity-building for municipalities, nonprofits, and community groups. She also works closely with residents to strengthen communication, build local leadership, and take meaningful action on shared goals.
Sue holds a master’s degree in public administration from Marist College and a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.
